Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes - we ship worldwide. We offer customers Free International Shipping with tracking on all orders. There is NO sales tax for countries outside of Australia (GST is included for our Australian customers). Hurray!

Current Shipping Times ( Business Days) -
USA: 7 - 15 days
AU/NZ: 7 - 15 days
Rest of World: 10 - 25 days

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times may be delayed due to Covid-19 issues. Australia is currently facing delays nationwide, we appreciate your patience as we are doing everything we can to get your package delivered. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

Your package may be held in your local post office.

Processing Times -
Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Where can I find my tracking number? -
When your package is shipped out, you should receive a notification from us via email/sms, providing you with a tracking number. If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, its okay. Contact us and we'll fix it! 

Unexpected Delays - 
In some cases the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated above. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over!

Payment Information

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than AU dollars.

We accept all currencies for our store, however, AUD is the main currency we use for processing. Therefore we process all orders in AUD at the most current foreign exchange rate.

Orders and Returns

How do I return something? 

Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of the order date for a full refund.

Our standard return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, we typically can’t offer a refund or exchange.

How do I cancel/edit my order? 

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Unfortunately, once orders are processed, cancellations aren't allowed.


Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (IF APPLICABLE)

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

AussieWonder, 5 Ande Ct, Highton, Victoria, 3216, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
